Customer Engagement so far  DSR concept 121s held through April & June with various industry parties to gain initial understanding of their:  Needs,  Opinions  Concerns  Ideas  Outcome of 121s, and Ofgem SCR policy decision consultation responses, provide initial building blocks for DSR Methodology  Continued development of DSR Methodology would now benefit from a more centralised collaborative industry engagement.  Intend to issue a ‘Survey Monkey’ to better understand stakeholder position and appetite for the DSR mechanism
