5. Implications of Changes
Draft Workgroup Report to be submitted one month later (now September)
This results in Ofgem’s Mod decision being communicated in January rather than December (extended timescales included to account for Christmas period)
Licence Drafting has been removed from the critical path but has been replaced by the 56 day period of appeal of licence changes
The Licence and Methodology Statement Consultations occur in parallel following Mod Approval
The Implementation of Mod, Licence changes, revised Methodology Statements, revised GRDM & revised Charging Statement to be at the end of April, rather than at the start.
