With a partner, look at different websites and design a poster that shows what you need to do before and during a bike ride. Then, on your own, make a separate paper titled “parent”.

There are four steps you need to complete to finish your poster. First fold a poster in half. Open it up. Label the left side “Before” and the right side “after”. Then on your own paper, make a “parent” section.

Bike Check Now that you’re all geared up, it’s time to check your bike. On the left side of the poster (the “before” side), write the five things you need to check before you can go on the bike ride. Individually on your own piece of paper labeled “parent”, write and draw pictures of what your parent or guardian should be doing while you are riding your bike.
