Who are CPT? Government-recognised trade association for the bus and coach industries Offices in Edinburgh, Wales, London and English Regions Over 1,000 members in the UK CPT members operate over 90% of commercial mileage in Scotland Members range from the largest multi- national transport groups to the smallest family businesses

What do we do? Focus for consultation and input into national and international legislation Provide members with support in areas such as EU, national & local regulations, operational practices and engineering standards CPT seeks to protect the interests of its members by working to influence, inform and enhance partnership working

The bus industry is a key employer and facilitates commuting and retail trips. Bus is a flexible solution that contributes across policy sectors The industry is committed to improving further. This is best achieved through partnership working. The NTS refresh is a timely opportunity to promote a joined-up approach to growing modal shift. This will be a catalyst for Regional Growth Conclusions
