10.  Consultation Themes  Transport is about providing real options for people getting to work, children travelling to school and businesses transporting goods  We are looking at ways to cut journey times, tackle congestion, provide attractive alternatives to the car, improve links between cities as well as from outer estates, at the same time as looking at ways of minimising environmental impact
