Charismatic leadership According to this concept “ those who can lead by the force of their personal abilities are capable of having profound and extraordinary effects on followers”. This theory predicts that charismatic leaders produce followers performance beyond expectations as well as strong commitment to the leader and his/her mission. organization behavior

Transformational leadership The leader which has idealized influence , inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation and individualized considerations on followers. These leaders empowers and raise the followers to make them more productive. organization behavior

Characteristics of transformational leaders. Charisma: they provides vision and sense of mission. Inspiration: they communicate high expectations, use symbols to focus and simplify the things. Intellectual stimulation: they promote intelligence, rationality and careful problem solving. organization behavior

organization behavior Authentic leadership The authentic leader is confidant, hopeful, optimistic, resilient, transparent, moral/ethical, future oriented and gives priority to develop association. organization behavior

Interpersonal skills of leader Power distance: the degree to which the members expect power to be distributed equally. Uncertainty avoidance: it is the extent an organization or group rely on norms to alleviate the unpredictable of future events. Assertiveness: the degree to which individuals are assertive, argumentation relationship with others. organization behavior

Performance orientation: the degree to which a collective encourages and rewards group members for performance improvement and excellence. organization behavior
