Upcoming Events Turkey Tri- Saturday, November 7 th – Double Volunteer Hours – Team with highest number of volunteers will receive $100 for club account – Team with the most hours volunteered will receive $100 for club account – Sign up information will be ed to leaders closer to the time

Eligibility Check Turn the completed form into Campus Rec Office Do NOT turn them in at Student Services or the Registrar office – Even if they need a stamp, IMRC office first! Completed forms can take 2-4 weeks

Game/Travel Requests Home Event Requests – 2 weeks before event – Include requirements and supplies needed for event Travel Requests – At least 1 week in advance – The earlier the better – Include all expenses Do not submit a separate purchase request

Driver’s Information License Insurance Utah’s Defensive Driver Certification

Safety Officers Need at least 2 Safety Officers per team – IMRC Supervisor does not count – At least one must travel – CPR/First Aid courses available at Campus Rec Saturday, October – 6 pm Sign up at Campus Rec Office

Fundraising All fundraising requests must go through the IMRC office prior to donation. Donor’s may receive tax- exemption OR advertisement, but NOT BOTH. Donations may be accepted by Campus Rec directly.

How to Submit Request? 1.Go to: Enter in potential donors, reason for donation, and amount to be requested in the Donor Clearance Form. 3.IMRC Office will send for approval from Development. 4.Once approved, a letter can be taken to donors.
