First / Last Name and Phone Number
CTE program abbreviation in the Team Name
AM or PM in the Room number
Present Catalog to potential buyers
Each order on a separate line and fill out each section
Checks payable to CCIU including sales tax of 6%
Turn in your checks and completed order forms Wednesday and Friday as follows:
AM Students: Room 204 from 7:45-8:15 a.m.
PM Students: Room 204 from 12:00-12:30 p.m.
NO CASH ACCEPTED

4. YANKEE CANDLE APP Visit: Search and Download:

Check: I am 13 years or older & Click [Next]
Enter Seller First Name, Last Name, (you will receive a confirmation ) and password. Click [Register]
Write down your Seller ID and click [Sign In]

Enter School code: and Date of Birth
Click [Submit]
Enter Seller First & Last Name and (you will receive a confirmation ).
Write down Seller’s Username and create a password next to Group #
