PREZI PRESENTATION Adding files (images, videos, sounds)

In this tutorial you will learn:  How to add different types of files to your presentation:  Images  Videos  Sounds  How to add files from your collection of Prezis.

How to add images? 1. Select “Image…” from the “Insert” drop down menu. 2. On the right of your screen, you will be able to choose images from your computer or from the internet through google.

How to add images? (Contd.) 3. You can tick on the option to choose commercial use pictures. 4. Select the image that you want.

How to add images? (Contd.) 5. You can use the transformation tool to edit your image.

How to add videos? 1. To insert a YouTube video, click on “YouTube video” from the “Insert” dropdown menu. 2. Paste the link to the YouTube video on the space provided.

How to add videos? (Contd.) 3. Your YouTube link will appear with the thumbnail. You can play the video directly on Prezi.

How to add videos? (Contd.) 1. To insert a video from a file you have, click on “From File” from the “Insert” dropdown menu. 2. Choose the file with the video and click on “Open”.

How to add background sound? 1. Choose “Add Background music…” from the “Insert” dropdown menu. 2. Choose the file that you want to upload the background music from and click on “Open”.

How to add files from your collection? 1. Select “From my collection” from the “Insert” dropdown menu. 2. Choose the file that you want to insert.
