2. How to add a slide
Go to the “Insert” drop down menu and click on new slide.
In order to chose the slide layout use your “Slide Layout” options on the right side of your screen.
To chose a background use the “Slide Design” tab on the right side of your screen.

3. What About adding Pictures
In order to add a picture go to the “Insert” drop down menu or just click on the icon.
Each icon stands for something different…clip art, charts, diagrams…etc.

4. Adding Animation Highlight the text or picture you want to animate.
Right click on the mouse and choose “Custom Animation”
On the right side of your screen the “Custom Animation” options should come up. Select the “Add Effect” …and choose your entrance, exits….etc.

5. Misc. Other Bits of Info.
If you use pictures from the internet remember to save them to your file.
2. People need to be able to read this from across the room.
3. Take your time, and be creative.
4. When your are ready to see your show. Go to “Slide Show” and click on view show.
5. Remember the information you’ll be sharing is just as important as the slide.
