Items in electronic format are copied to a scan directory and downloaded directly to the web. No hard copies are available at the Circulation Desk.

Reserves Processing Time & Statistics Materials received… –by the last day of classes are available the first day –the first week of the semester are processed within 3-5 days or less –after the first week of classes are processed within 2 working days
Reserves Processing Time & Statistics Renewals Three weeks prior to the end of the semester, Reserve personnel send reminders to renew or remove current material on reserve
Tips for Producing the Best Scanned Image Print submissions should be clean, legible and on white 8 ½ x 11 paper Black ink for handwritten notes or homework solutions Single sided copies Copyrighted material
