The importance of example in leadership roles: Jesus: For hereunto were ye called: because Christ also suffered for you, leaving you an exam- ple, that ye should follow his steps. (1 Pet. 5:3) Preachers: Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an ensample to them that believe, in word, in manner of life, in love, in faith, in purity. (1Tim.4:12)
