Climate change Climate change is the change of the average type of weather (climate) over a certain period of time. It is almost certain that mankind is the main cause of global warming since Since 1880, the average temperature on earth has increased by 0,9° C. The rise in temperature in the Netherlands is greater than average (1.5 ° C). Global warming continues, but it does so in fits and starts; the climate is capricious, like the weather. Models expect the temperature between 1995 and 2025 to rise by ° C. Water and Ocean Law in Times of Climate Change 31 October
