Master Label – Purpose 5 The Master Label is a consolidated label that is made up of multiple shipped cards This single Master Label is scanned to receive all of the cards instead of each label (card) Most Common Use: – Supplier ships a single truck load of parts to the plant then the receiver only has to scan the Master Label

Master Label – Things to Keep in Mind Works only if you are receiving in Ultriva. (If you are receiving in the ERP and the data is sent to Ultriva then the Master Label will not be beneficial.) The Supplier will need to be trained on how to use the Master Label feature. – Use with most reliable suppliers 6

Master Label – Configuration Settings There are some configuration steps that are required: – Master Label is set up by supplier (Admin, Supplier, Highlight, More Options, Configuration, Ship Tab) 8
