3 Review/ Edit Group Details

4 Add/ Edit Group Users Enter User Name & Surname
Enter User logon name (min 6 characters, no spaces, no special characters) Select Group User Type (dropdown with group user profiles) Add permissions for this client (if applicable Click ‘Process’ to create this user

5 Add/ Edit Group Users Before changing anyone’s profile user should be un-assigned from the entities by using ‘Reassign Entities to Users’ option Select User Name for editing from the list Only few options available for editing Select Group User type from the dropdown to change user’s profile Select option on the permissions list to add that to user’s profile Click ‘Process’ to edit this user’s profile.

6 Assign/ Reassign Entities & Users
‘Assign Users to Entities’ option can be used when assigning multiple users to one entity Select Entity from dropdown, select user/ users from list, click arrow forward/ back arrow to assign/ reassign user/s Click ‘Process’ to save changes ‘Reassign Entities to Users’ option can be used when assigning multiple entities to one user Select User from dropdown, select entity/ entities from list, click arrow forward/ back arrow to assign/ reassign entity/entities

7 Manage Entity Users Select Company and click Actions then select Manage Users Click ‘Add Entity User’ if you want to create user with one entity access only. In cases when users need access to more than one entity it is best to set them up as Group Users. Go through the same process as setting up group user. Enter User name, user logon name, select user profile and user role (user or admin). User role will impact on what restrictions this user will have in addition to profile restrictions. These are: being able to un-reconcile bank, set up approvers, accept I/C transactions & change bank details for suppliers. Enter address. Click ‘Process’ to save changes

8 Manage Entity Users To change user profile, user role or user’s address click on the user name from on the list Select relevant options from the dropdown. Users need to be un-assigned from the entities before changing their profile. Click ‘Process’ to save changes ‘Send password reset to user’ can be used when a user forgot the password. Passwords are not visible to anyone.

9 User Profile Management
Click on Actions and select Maintain Menu Profiles against any specific company To create New Profile type name of that profile in the text box and click ‘Add’ Once profile created copy menu options from existing profile To make further changes to the profile select/ un-select relevant boxes (menu options) Click ‘Process’ to save changes Repeat the same action (select/ unselect boxes) in the next two tabs (Dashboards & Reports) Click ‘Process’ in each tab

10 Edit Entity Details Click on Actions and select Edit Entity against any specific company Add or change any details in the white boxes. Greyed out fields are for view only and cannot be changed Change or Add company logo. Logo will appear on company documents going to customers or suppliers as well as on company reports. Recommended image dimensions: 300 x 84 pixels Click ‘Process’ to save changes
