ABT is an experienced supplier of pipe marking systems and solutions for the Oil & Gas industry. STRAPPING Signs fastened by use of plastic coated AISI 316 bands with robust lockings. The underside of the band are grooved in order to avoid corrosion (pitting). PROTECTION Additional protection of the marker with use of UV-resistant plexiglass. ALUMINUM QUALITY The mounting bracket is manufactured in anodized, saltwater resistant aluminum. READEABILITY High readeability due to the flat surface area. FLEXIBILITY The sign are manufactured with right flow direction on one side and left direction on the opposite side to give full flexibility. DESIGN The aluminum brackets are designed such that the contact area between the bracket and the pipe is minimized in order to void corrosion (pitting). ABT TAPE MARKING SYSTEM Tape marking system are typically used inside Living Quarters and administration buildings where the environmental conditions are good. The system consists if two components: Film : PVC with UV-resistant colour printed on the film with transparent arrows. Text : printed on strong PVC-labels and placed behind the transparent arrows of the tape.

ABT delivers high quality AISI 316 plastic coated fixing bands/strappings. ABT- STD-012 Standard ½” PVC covered AISI 316 band. ABT-PRO-012 PVC covered AISI 316 band (½”) where the underside of the band is grooved in order to reduce potential corrosion (pitting) on clean stainless steel piping. This underside do also prevent movement and will not slacken after being fixed in position. ABT-STD-008 PVC covered AISI 316 (8mm) band for fastening of smaller brackets, typically used for size 0 pipe markers. FIXING BAND / STRAPPING
