2. introduction
Bahaa Creative for Reconstruction & Development was established in the capital region, Muscat in the year 2018.
Which is one of the Al Bahaa International Group which has been established in 1988 in Egypt by our CEO Eng. Bahaa Elbaghdadi , which has completed so many projects in Egypt, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait and Oman.

Thermopex: pipes are manufactured according to the Germen standard DIN (8077) using the most modern equipment to produce high quality product. Thermopex: products have been awards two (ISO) certification for the international plastic products and for the Jordon quality certificate.

7. Application & installation
District-heating
Domestic hot and cold water
Air-conditioning system.
Under floor heating
Central heating
Transport of industrial gases, compresses air and fluids.
Natural gas supply in extreme ambient conditions.
Cut the required length, using the pipe cutter, make sure the surface is perpendicular to the pipe longitudinal axis.
Use approved type of fitting to join the pipes.
Use the appropriate sleeve dimension in accordance with each pipe size.
Install Thermopex away from direct sunlight or other Ultra-Violet (UV) sources.
Check the system for leakage by venting the system and applying pressure.

8. Age resistance
Non-Corrosive: Thermopex pips do not rust or corrode, it also resists chemical salts and mosses. Impact strength: Thermopex pips have smooth external and internal surfaces, This makes them have very low values of pressures loss (improve impact strength). Healthy Pipe: Thermopex pipes are free from impurities this makes them safe for drinking water (healthy).
Age resistance
Thermopex: pipes are made from the cross-linked polyethlene, The presumed age is up to (50) years in the working choose, Of all the plastic pipes available in the market. Thermopix: pipes are best high recommended because of their strong chemical structure and their lightweight.

10. Thermopex fitting
The Fitting types that should be used for the pipe are Brass Fittings, Picture (1) shows the different parts,
as fallows; Nut, Compressing ring, insert and Nipple.
Fitting installation Procedure:
After cutting the required pipe length, select the fittings according to the pipe outside diameter
and thickness.
Put in the Nut.
Place the compression ring as shown in picture (1)
Assemble the nut with the nipple as shown in picture (2). In practice, the nipple is to be fixed to the other
Fittings (Maniflod), then the nut is assembled to it after being fitted to the pipe.
