For example, we have only one TV set, and they can never it. The day before yesterday, Tom's favourite film was on TV, but Chris wanted to see the World Cup. So they had a fight again. My husband and l had an... ….about this conflict. I said that Tom had the right to watch TV because he was younger than Chris. But my husband said it was not Which of us is right? 11  Why is mother unhappy?  What does she have to do around the house ?  What does she want her children to do?  Why do they think that the mother is not fair?  Why did the mother buy a new dress?  Does her daughter like the dress ? Why ?Why not ?  What does the mother think about her clothes  What is ridiculous in her mother’s opinion?  What did the father put off?  Why didn’t he buy a mobile phone for his son?  What happened to the boy’s brother?  What does he need to get over his illness? Answer the questions.

What caused the conflict in each family? -lack of independence -lack of free time -dependency on parents -unfair punishments -being shouted at -no sense of humour -too many responsibilities at home -nobody to rely on -nobody to talk to -money problems -no sympathy for the feelings of others -being made fun of 12

13  Count down backwards from 10.  Close your eyes and take deep breaths.  Think of a peaceful place or something that makes you happy.  Slowly say over and over to yourself, "Take it easy”,”Don’t worry” ." Remember that being out of control will keep from solving problem.Here are some advise how to cool off.

To sum up…. 15  To resolve a conflict, it is important to be calm, confident and relaxed  The first thing to do is to talk  Don’t use the words that hurt people  Ask for help if communication doesn’t provide a solution  Take things into your own hands if people don’t support you  All people need love and understanding

All is well that ends well!  My advice is… try to avoid conflicts!
