Eventually an ambitious and daring leader emerged to bring order to Rome The First _____________________= Julius Caesar, ________________ and Pompey Triumvirate = a ___________ of __________ leaders working _________________ in __________________ Caesar’s Reforms He became the ______________ ____________ of Rome = he had total power.
