Run For Your Lives Final Presentation for Stacey J. Dao

When I was asked to choose a small group for this class, I immediately thought of my high school track team. Within the team of seventy, I chose my three best friends to form my small group with me. (From the left) Emma Howey, Fortuna Gebrselassie, and Natalie Bissiri

OUR mISSION Together we decided to work together to improve our mile times. To reach out to the community, we decided to set up a blog to let people know what we are doing. We hope people would inspire people to have a fitness goal as well. I updated the blog with workouts, articles, and stories of what is going on in the group. zybuttmovinghttp:// zybuttmoving

Final Mile Times Name: Old time, New Time Natalie: 6:40, 6:28 Emma: 6:55, 6:33 Fortune: 7:26, 6:34 << biggest Personal Record!! Almost one minute!! Me: 7:01, 6:35

Comments from blog visitors “Hi Stacey, Your gives me the extra push to use my LA Fitness gym membership more often.” –Lynn Duong “Stacey, Congratulations on your group for reaching the mile time goal. It makes me feel like I should exercise more often.” –Amy Dao “I really enjoyed the articles you posted. It is good for the people who want to work out and are not on high school track teams.” –Steve Dao

Given our comments, I say together we were able to make a difference in our community! I would like to thank my group members for joining my group and meeting up with me every Friday after an exhausting track practice to discuss our tasks to reach the goal. Thank you So Much Emma, Fortuna, and Natalie!!
