Positions Available Procedures Manager (1 position) Office Manager (2 position) Hospitality Manager (1 position) Material Manager (2 positions) Technology Engineer (1 position) Closing Manager (1 position)

1 position available Takes the class attendance and record absent classmates on absent log When a manager is absent they assume their position and perform all required duties as needed. Responsible for Substitute report- They are responsible for letting me know who is acting or not acting professional when a substitute is in our class.

2 positions available Distributes and picks up handouts to the class Picks up daily/homework assignments Assists the teacher in checking warm ups Stamps agendas, notebooks and checks for homework completion

1 position available Answers the phone/door in a professional manner Answers door and greets guests. Informs guest what the class is working on at the moment. Assist students with finding and completing missing work/notes due to absence. (During the warm up or last 10 minutes of class if able)

2 positions available Checks out/in pencils to those who need one on the office managers log. Responsible for distributing lab supplies and picking up supplies needed for activities. Responsible for making sure classmates clean up after a lab/ activity. Makes sure that all paper is recycled and not on the floor.

1 position available Making sure there is adequate lighting in the classroom by turning on/off lights Leads “Good things” Runs errands as needed
