What is HEART ATTACK? A Heart attack usually occurs when a blood cloth blocks the flow of blood through a coronary artery.

Causes Most heart attack causes by the Plaque that blocks the Arteries and it makes the blood flow is slower. People shocked or surprised their heart beat is faster than usual. It can cause the plaque crack so the cracked plaque can form a blood cloth from the flowing blood cells. And the blood cloth can block the arteries. When the heart muscle didn’t get the Oxygen (O 2 ) it will make the heart muscle stop working and it can cause death to person.

Symptoms Pressure, tightness or squeezing or aching sensation in your chest or arms that may spread to you neck, jaw or back. A Feeling of fullness, indigestion, heartburn or abdominal pain Shortness of breath Sweating or cold sweat

Symptoms Feeling of anxiety or and impending sense of doom Fatigue Trouble sleeping Lightheadedness pr dizziness

Ways to Avoid Heart Attack

EXERCISE & DIET Daily exercise routines helps your muscles (heart included) grow healthier and stronger. Also, lower your cholesterol by not smoking and adopting a healthy diet, consisting of fish, fruits, and whole grain meals, and not of french fries cheeseburgers. Eating these things will help lower your blood pressure, thus decreasing the chances of heart attack. Daily exercise routines helps your muscles (heart included) grow healthier and stronger.
