Business connection Name recognition Lower declined services rate Positives Rapid Response was a compliment to what the EDCs were already doing Sparked other great relationships Rapid Response is just the beginning, EDCs should be involved in the WIB operation Negatives Learning curve for EDC was difficult EDCs are in the business of growth, Rapid Response is about layoffs and transitions
