 is a clearing house of great widgets that can be easily embedded on your KW agent website.  There are many great widgets available on this site for free!.

 QR, or “Quick Response” codes are very much like bar codes for retail items.  You can create these for smart-phone users to be linked to a variety of resources using their phone’s camera.  One practical application would be to place one of these codes on a flyer for a listing and then use the code to link customers to a detailed property page on your website.  Each phone provider has their own application for this to work with their particular model of smart-phone.  Targeted best to new home buyers and those on the cutting edge of technology. This is a great way to be one of the first professionals using this inexpensive technology to market your business.

 This is an example of a QR Code being used on Graham -Cohen’s real estate website. It is set up to link to his contact info.  The user will open the application installed on their smart-phone and snap a quick picture of the QR Code and is then directed to what ever information has been configured with it.  If you intend to use this new technology, it is a good idea to put some text close to the image that tells the user what to do.
