SCRIPT SCENE 1 AT THE HOTEL HELEN: Good morning, I have a reservation. My name is Helen Brown. RECEPTIONIST: Could I see your ID, Mrs Brown? HELEN: Of course, let me take it out of my wallet. Here you are. RECEPTIONIST: Thank you, your reservation is confirmed. Will you be paying in cash or by credit card? HELEN: By credit card. Do you accept American Express? RECEPTIONIST: I’m sorry Mrs Brown, only Visa or MasterCard. HELEN: Ok, here is my MasterCard. RECEPTIONIST: Thank you, your room number is 100. Queen-size bed, non smoking. Is that suitable?
