Context  Improving quality, choice and affordability of housing  Good quality, settled housing is fundamental to health and economic success  Quality of housing and neighbourhoods is a key factor in attracting and retaining residents and businesses  Construction and maintenance sector is a major employer – building and supply – local jobs
