Institute for Diversity in Health Management Summer Enrichment Program (SEP) Conference Call Featuring, Ms. Rosalyn Cole – VA Fayetteville Medical Center Thursday, April 2, :30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. CST

2 Summer Enrichment Program (SEP) The Summer Enrichment Program (SEP) of the Institute for Diversity in Health Management is an enhanced internship program. Since 1994, more than 600 interns have successfully completed the SEP. SEP provides students with: weeks of real-world work experience in health care management; -Mentoring relationships with executives; and -Additional education and support.

3 The Summer Enrichment Program - Pre-screens ALL SEP interns; - Pairs top diverse scholars with host sites; - Provides ongoing educational programming, coaching and support for host sites and interns; and - Hosts students at bi-annual National Leadership and Educational conference.

4 Other SEP Components All SEP interns must complete a project of significance to the organization during their on-site stay.
