WRITING A BOOK REPORT

A BOOK REPORT OUTLINE General introduction What is the title of the book? Who is the author? What type of book is it?

Summary of the book content Where is the book set? What is the main theme of the story? Who are the main characters? What is the plot of the story? Summary of the book content

Conclusion What is your opinion about the book? Would you recommend the book?

vocabulary science fiction (n) : books, films or cartoons about an imagined future, especially about space travel or other planets

thriller (n) : a book, play or film which has an exciting story, often about solving a crime

romance (n) a story about love

craft book (n) a book involving a special skills at making things with your hands
