Common Inventory Actions - Windows CE This presentation will concentrate on Windows CE scanning and standard integration 5 Depending on your scanners, version, and permissions, your screens may look different

Issue Inventory 6 Used when you have items in a stored location and you need to issue/consume inventory to a different location in small lots Admin  Item set Re-order Cards to Empty Box

Issue Inventory 7 Issue Quantity / Consumed Quantity is subtracted from the card quantity The card remains in the original location When the quantity on the card reaches 0 the card is automatically released

Issue Inventory If the Issue Quantity is > the quantity on the card you will receive an error. 8

Issue Inventory - Integration 11 Transaction_Type field will be “PartsIssued” From_Location is the original card Location (Populated Automatically) To_Location is the location where you are issuing the inventory Quantity is the Issue Qty that was entered in Ultriva

Move Location 12 Used to move a card and all of its quantity to a new location

Move Location 13 Card moves to the New Location that was entered

Move Location - Integration 14 Transaction_Type field will be “MoveAndResetQty” From_Location is the Current Location (Populated Automatically – normally would not be changed here) To_Location is the New Location that was entered Quantity is populated automatically with the quantity on this card

Adjust Inventory 15 Used to update the quantity on a card at the current location

Adjust Inventory 16 The card value in Ultriva is changed to what was entered in the Adjust Qty box If the quantity is set to zero then the card will be released

Adjust Inventory - Integration 17 Transaction_Type field will be “MoveAndResetQty” From_Location is the original card Location (Populated Automatically) To_Location is the Current Location shown above (Normally would not be changed here) Quantity is the Adjusted Qty that was entered in Ultriva

Common Inventory Actions 18 What are the benefits? Keep better track of inventory Keep Ultriva and ERP in sync Know where the materials are at all times in Ultriva The system decides when to replenish the material and the users don’t have to worry about when to scan the card - if the item is open box or empty box End user is just using one system for material replenishment
