What is the main purpose of this facility? How will it help my child further their education? What are some of the benefits of this facility? How does this facility collaborate schools, parents and teachers? What are some examples of how it does this?

KidTime! Discovery is a hands on museum that gives children the opportunity to learn through hands on experiences. The main purpose of this facility is for children to learn by doing and interacting. It creates a social environment for children to interact with each other and also gives parents, teachers, and children an opportunity to collaborate together to develop a successful education experience.

Music Arts and Crafts History Exhibits Drop-in Preschool Class Early Childhood Development Low-cost Family Memberships Special Events and Birthday Parties Field Trips

It connects imaginative play with children’s ability to succeed throughout life. Gives parents, teachers, and students the opportunity to collaborate together and form a fun safe learning environment for each student. Gives students an opportunity to learn through a hands on experience and use kinesthetic learning.

KidTime! Provides Arts and Crafts including oil painting, straw painting, and animal and plant crafts. Calendar of activities and crafts are provided Children can enhance creativity and express themselves through art.

Provides different stations of history mostly based on the town of Jacksonville All equipment and furniture was donated by the Jacksonville Museum Gives children the opportunity to learn about history here in their own community.

Brain Forest provides balance beams, hopscotch tubes, and rock climbing. Provides stations including “Guess the Animal” and “Plant Facts” Let’s children learn information on animals, plants, and different habitats.

Dress up ballroom Dance Studio Dramatic Play Sing and Dance Competitions Stage Performances Children can use dramatic play and express themselves through art and theatre. They are also able to be creative and socially interact with one another.
