What is service learning? Service learning has been defined as a “credit‐bearing, educational experience in which students participate in an organized service activity that meets identified community needs and reflect on the service activity in such a way as to gain further understanding of course content, a broader appreciation of the discipline, and an enhanced sense of civic responsibility.”

Our service: Video projects Our groups will create videos aimed at target audience – Possibilities: middle school, high school, or college students; parents of students a particular age; or the public. – Minimum length: 6 – 9 minutes The idea is to get them thinking and learning about legal and ethical issues related to their use of computers and other technology. We’ll incorporate our work into the CS 340 website Right Clicks
