Expository Writing… Is used to explain, describe, or give information. Requires investigation of an idea, evaluation of evidence, and creating an argument or plan of action. Can be presented through comparison and contrast, definition, example, analyzing cause and effect, and direction.

Persuasive Writing is often longer in length.
