Elise Broach Mystery report Written by Louie Nader

Characters Hero….. The girl who moved into the Murphy Diamond house. She was clever and she was a good detective. Danny….. The neighborhood boy who helped solve the mystery by using the note card clue. Mrs. Roth…. She was the new owner of the necklace. She had all of the evidence.

Hero a sixth grader, moved into the Murphy house. She did not have many friends but she made friends with Mrs. Roth, her next door neighbor. Mrs. Roth told Hero that a diamond could be hidden in the house. Mrs. Roth showed Hero the necklace that once held the diamond.

It was owned by Elenor Murphy. She also showed Hero a note Written by Arthur Murphy. This was important clue. Danny, Hero’s friend, worked with Mrs. Roth to figure out the case of the missing diamond.

1. Note card clue that read “Do not go gentle into that good night. Rage, rage against the dying of the light.” 2. The necklace showed the size of the diamond so they knew what they were looking for. 3. The switch outside was not working.

Danny figured that the diamond was going to be in a light. So one night they went looking for the diamond. Hero found the diamond in the outdoor light. They figured that Anne Boleyn was Queen Elizabeth mother.

 This is a very good book!!!!!!! It started with a girl named Hero who moved with her family. She moved into the Murphy diamond house. She was really nervous to go to her new school. Everybody made fun of her because of her name Hero. So read this book so you know what happens!!!!!
