Space, labs & testing equipment | 04 February Rough Estimate of Refurbishment Cost Electrical jobs (*) ~ 20,000 CHF Dry air machine and installation/pipe distribution ~ 10,000 CHF New internal walls + wider door + roof refurbishment ~ 30,000 CHF Furniture ~ 10,000 CHF CORA refurbishment ~ 10,000 CHF PC and screens ~ 5,000 CHF Tools and instruments for general laboratory use ~ 5,000 CHF Mainly based on the experience of Crystal Palace As a reference, in 2009/2010 the refurbishment of Crystal Palace costed something more than 60,000 CHF (*) (1 plug 64 A, 2 plugs 32 A, 2 plugs 16 A + “cable highway” as in connection to CERN Technical Network + standard network…)
