Objective To obtain an administrative position in the Henry County Public School System. To represent myself as the leader of an Educational Institute that makes every possible effort to increase test scores and encourage students to learn and be successful.

Vision Statement I am a firm believer that we should strive to reach our greatest potential as lifelong learners and productive citizens. We must create and provide a safe learning environment which is welcoming to all students. We must seek innovative strategies to meet each and every individual student need. Lastly, we need to work together to plan and implement differentiated instruction for everyone in order to meet all needs.

In doing so, the students will become developed into respectful, responsible, lifelong learners. They will also become critical thinkers and problem solvers who are not afraid to step outside of the box. In all, they will become productive citizens who will be huge contributors to their communities in multiple ways.
