Caseload Column Add students to caseload column. Speech and Related Service Providers - add all students you will provide services to. Personal Care Providers - Add ALL students in the classroom to your caseload. Data Entry Clerk Personal Care Providers - Switch your role to Data Entry Clerk (DEC) via the Pathway. Add ALL students in the classroom to each of the other providers’ (aides) caseloads. Each provider (teacher and aides) should document for at least 1 student. Goals & Objectives Goals and Objectives for speech and related services must be entered in X Logs for each student. There are two options: Manually add Goals and Objectives Nightly import of Goals and Objectives from IEP software. Each district has a unique implementation plan. Calendar Setup Service Providers - add sessions to the calendar using the "+" ACTION ICON in the Calendar Workspace. Appointments can be added on a daily or recurring basis. Recurring appointments are considered a Time Saver, and will unveil additional functionality for some providers (i.e. goal charting for therapists). Edit and Post Sessions Providers Edit and Post sessions on a daily basis through the Edit Session View. Personal Care Toileting Dressing Bathing Diapering Eating (Assisted Feeding) Grooming Laundry Communication Behavior Management Redirection Orientation and Mobility Prompting and Cueing Personal Care services include a range of human assistance provided to persons with disabilities or chronic conditions which enables them to accomplish tasks that they would normally do for themselves if they did not have a disability. Activities include but are not limited to the following :

Personal Care Implementation Strategies Caseload Distribution/Management – Each provider should document for at least one student. Entering Session Data – Each provider can enter their own data into X Logs, or a designated provider (i.e. teacher) can enter on the other providers’ behalf via the DEC Role.
