Steps to Complete Quiz Using Process-Trak Step 1 –Login to team member website – Step 2 –Select TeamTrack/Process-Trak Step 3 –Login to Process-Trak – inPage&Template=loginform&Message= inPage&Template=loginform&Message

Team Member Login Page

Click-> Document Management System-> TeamTrack /Process-Trak

Process-Trak Login Page Default Login Info: User ID: rsharma (Your first initial and last name) Password: rajesh (Your first name)

Select SES Training Tab Select SES Training

Select Submit

Quiz Multiple Choice Questions Show Once you click Submit, Quiz Questions show up

Quiz Tips There are total of 25 Multiple Choice questions Even though you could select more than one choice, however, there is only one correct answer to each question After you have completed responding to each question, Remember to click Submit button on the top of the form Remember that the web page will log you out if there is more than 15 minutes of inactivity.

Reminder to Click Submit Button to successfully complete Quiz Once you have answered all Questions, you must click Submit button to Successfully submit your responses for grading

After you click Submit button, you will see the form as shown below Once you have submitted buttons, the form will look like this.

To Exit, click Exit To exit the application, Click Exit.

To Change Your Password Click on your name here

This dialog popup box appears Note: popup blocker must be turned off Enter your new password in both fields. Click the Save Profile button to finish.
