LECTURE 3.1

PERSONAL MISSION NEVER CHANGING WHY YOU EXIST __________________________________________________ I exist to drive problem resolution through research/analysis and connecting disparate dots to delivering customized solutions that making it easy to understand and empower others. I live positively and intentionally making a positive impact through relationships and sharing my gifts, connections and experiences. I unlock human potential by leveraging career and leadership coaching expertise to help executives overcome disengagement, feeling undervalued, and mediocrity.

PERSONAL MISSION NEVER CHANGING WHY YOU EXIST __________________________________________________ Western: CFA exists to transform Maryvale by improving low-income west Phoenix students’ opportunities for advancement in the new, global, technological economy by providing needed preparation for the academic rigors of college graduation leading to career success.

PERSONAL MISSION NEVER CHANGING WHY YOU EXIST __________________________________________________ Let’s share some!

PERSONAL VISION GOALS FOR THE NEXT 3-5 YEARS By January 1st, 2019, I will have completed my bachelors degree, developed a lifestyle business that serves others and start a non-profit organization to help mentor underprivileged children/youth. By December 31st, 2018, I will have achieved MBE status for my business, expanded my influence through a meaningful board leadership role that advances a good cause, and achieved a high level business recognition in Arizona. By December 31st, 2016, I will have found a management consulting job outside of Arizona, built a strong personal network of ten people that I can trust with most anything, and joined a non-profit children’s education board.

PERSONAL VISION GOALS FOR THE NEXT 3-5 YEARS By June, 2016, 80% of scholars will demonstrate academic proficiency in reading, mathematics, science, and writing by passing the state summative assessment. By June, 2016, 100% of scholars will demonstrate academic growth in reading and mathematics y making above-average growth as determined by the NWEA MAP assessment. By June, 2016, Western: CFA will be the first “A”-rated high school in the Maryvale community.
