Upon receiving the materials, the site supervisor must make an exam pack for each proctor. What does it include?  20 Answer Sheets  20 Test Booklets  Sign-In Sheet  Assessment Irregularity Form  Misconduct Form  (Red and Yellow Cards)  (Help Sign)  Pencils and Erasers All exams must be returned to CEPA in complete packs, including unused materials. Unused booklets should remain sealed.

If a student wants to switch from PBT to CBT or vice versa, what should I do? Nothing. CEPA does not honor these requests. If a student has special needs, they need to contact NAPO. I’d like to attach labels to the test booklets. Is this okay? No! Unused booklets are reused. Do not put marks or labels on them. Do not open them.

I have a student with an A3 booklet. Where should her answers go? In the booklet! Do not give answer sheets to visually impaired students. Where do I put absent students’ booklets? In their packs. Do not collect or store them separately. What about the late room? There is no late room! No late students may start the exam.

Everyone working on CEPA Saturdays must be compensated for their work. This includes site supervisors, proctors, IT staff, security guards, cleaning staff, etc. CEPA recommends that institutions pay overtime rates for all weekend hours worked. Institutions make decisions regarding compensation and all compensation comes from their budgets. What happens here?
