Food How does food meet your needs?? Have you ever tried studying or paying attention to something when you are hungry?

Meeting Physical Needs Food meets one of your basic physical needs You will not be able to focus in anything else until you meet this need You need food to supply energy and maintain functions so you can preform tasks Meets two physical needs  Eases Hunger  Affects your state of health

Relieves Hunger Body senses when you need what food provides, which sends a message to your brain Hunger: physical need for food Stimulates your stomach to produce hunger pangs and stimulate your appetite Appetite: psychological desire to eat  Influences food choices  Anything can relieve hunger, but what will satisfy you?? You can eat or not  If you eat it relieves hunger, If not what might happen?
