How would you define a good team?

A GOOD TEAM DEFINED: A.A shared mission is needed for a good team 1.The team has a mission or purpose 2.Everyone on the team knows the mission 3.Everyone on the team knows their role in fulfilling the mission 4.Everyone on the team is working in their role to fulfill the mission

WHAT IS YOUR UME MISSION? A.Graduate med students? B.Smooth the clerkship experience for the students? C.Keep the director happy? D.Keep A&M happy? E.Not have any student complaints? F.Prepare doctors?
