TAIEX TAIEX TAIEX

What does prevention mean? Workshop on Developing Systems for Occupational Health and Safety through Social Dialogue What does prevention mean? Example of health understanding What do we expect of a medical doctor? ...to treat us when we are ill... In Old China, if the Imperator became ill ... ... his doctor was put to death

Prevention culture on work place level helps to build a healthy organisation A healthy organisation is "one whose culture, management, working climate and other business practices create an environment that promotes the health, effectiveness and performance of its employees" (Enterprise for Health network (EfH), 2008). What does it mean in practice and how labour inspection can participate and help to extend the range of such organizations that can be called „healthy organisations“? TAIEX TAIEX TAIEX

Concept on Health and Safety at Work Some of the priorities where the LI played the mail role in our OSH strategy: Effective state inspection and supervisory bodies, effective social dialogue and the functioning of mechanisms of social partners in their influencing on OSH, Increasing of the preventative activities of the labour inspection (at least one third of the newly established employers undergo labour inspection and principal supervision not later than within one year from their establishment). Increase the share of the performance of OSH labour inspection and principal supervision in favour of preventative activities so that they constitute at least 70% of the total number of OSH performances. TAIEX TAIEX TAIEX
