3 Aims of This Orientation 1. To understand the objectives of this programme; 2. To confirm the timetable of this course and make necessary fine- tuning to it.

12 Individual Work Plan Each participant to prepare a proposal for a project/work plan. Each participant to prepare a proposal for a project/work plan. Within the area of OSH and/ or HIV-AIDS, Decide what it is that you want to work on. Within the area of OSH and/ or HIV-AIDS, Decide what it is that you want to work on. Ex. Advocacy campaign, preparation of education material, Training of Trainers, Collective Bargaining & OSH/HIV-AIDS, Strengthening TU capacities on OSH, Tackling specific OSH issue relevant to your industry and Building a network and so on.
