NEPAD Agency’s Advocacy Roles A CAADP framework - 4 pillars – University of Zambia and CILSS, supported by the TerrAfrica Partnership, jointly coordinated development of the Pillar 1 Framework – Conference of Ministers of Agriculture in West and Central Africa (CMA/WCA) on the Pillar II framework; – University of KwaZulu Natal and CILSS on Pillar III framework; – FARA on the Pillar IV Framework. RECs & SROs mobilized in support of Regional Investment Plans in Agriculture NEPAD Planning and Coordinating Agency
