What is a MOOC? A scalable internet-based course that provides structure, a social environment, and automated feedback on learning that is free to everyone with no expectation of direct interaction with an instructor. MOOC COMMITTEE

–Are MOOCs an opportunity for TWU? Summer bridge programs –Do MOOCs pose a threat to TWU? Reducing paid-for courses –Should TWU offer credit for MOOCs? How should TWU award credit? How will TWU measure quality for accreditation? MOOC IMPORTANCE
