John Maxwell calls momentum “the big mo”. In his book “The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership”, he says that, “Momentum is really a leader’s best friend. Sometimes it’s the only difference between winning and losing.”

Creating Momentum is done by you and only you! 3 Main Aspects: 1. A Big Why -Massive Drive to Succeed 2. Vision, Passion and Belief 3. Gumption

Your Need to Succeed needs to be so big, there is no room for doubt or fear What is your why? What drives your business? What gets you out there doing the uncomfortable? What gets you out of bed or off the couch to work your Arbonne business? Is that reason BIG enough?

So…..What to do?!  Starts with your 100 person list (think way outside of the box) this list should be expanding on a regular basis  Get uncomfortable: this is a belly to belly business  Do the asks: 1. Ask them to listen to what this opportunity truly is or come to a DA 2. Ask them for their feedback on the product 3. Ask them to gather a few people so you can pamper and practice 4. Ask for a referral

Ideas……….  What would an extra $500 a month do for your family? I can show you how to have that next month  As a personal favour to me, could I come over and explain to you why I’m so excited about this business (or product)?  I’m in a new business and I would be honoured if you could spare 20 minutes to listen to me and give me your feedback  If I sat down and told you about my business and it was not a fit for you, would you be able to tell me no?  As you know I have started my own home based business with a Health and Wellness company called Arbonne. They specialize in skin care and nutrition and pure safe and result driven products. This is one of my favourite products and I have seen fabulous results with it. I would like you to try our RE9 skin care; it should be used exclusively for 3 days.  This is a simple business – KEEP IT SIMPLE!  We get really good at a few things – the asks and follow up, that’s it! Build Rappore – this is a relationship building business! People follow you before they follow the comp plan  3 ASKS a Day to have a business that is moving forward – this means you may have to make 10 calls! It only counts if you talk to someone and do the ask!  Detach from the outcome - take the emotion out.  Follow the 2,2,2 system. The asks are to book at least 2 business meetings (or DAs), 2 group presentations and 2 product drop offs every week. If your goal is big you may want to adjust this.  The FORTUNE IS IN THE FOLLOW-UP, commit to it weekly  Declare SUCCESS– Know where you are going and let others hear it and see it.  You want to see growth in your business every month. This business is about CONSISTENT part time activity

Mathematical System 2, 2, & 2 is a total of approximately 10 hours a week; 5 hours of calls week, is still only 15 hours! Averages = 500 QV from a group presentation; 150 QV from a product drop off and 1400 QV for a business builder (if they follow our recommended, duplicable system for success) MONTHLY: 6 Shows (2 cancel - OVERBOOK) = 3000 QV 6 Product Sales (2 cancel- OVERBOOK) = 900 QV 8 Business asks - get 1 = 1400 QV TOTAL = 5300 QV This is the activity ideally you are working towards in your central district. Ideally, partly launching a team mate and getting them out of your district in the 1 – 3 months and partly your own; looking to grow your client base and your team. This is only an example, this QV can be earned many different ways. You want a healthy balance of clients & teammates!
