Getting Started Basic kit: One of our four skin care lines: Re9 Set FC5 Set Calm Set Clear Advantage Set Kits should also include: primer, foundation (honey beige), sunless tanner, FC5 new cell exfoliating scrub, FC5 hydration mask What goes in the kits are: one of our 4 basic skin care lines (we usually lead with our Re9 Anti-aging kit), but use your best judgement and on my team we ALWAYS include the 5 favorites. The five favorites sell practically every time because they change the way a person looks for the better overnight, and they range in price point from low to high, ensuring there is something for everyone.

3 Getting Started In Arbonne, we do three main things:
1:1 Coffee Dates (income producing activity) Group Presentations (income producing activity) Kit & Pamper Basket Drops (filler; used to book income producing). Now that you know what our kits are, lets talk in more detail about what use them for. READ SLIDE. You can simply do two of each of these each week, if you like, and you’ll see great results. All three of these things are essential, and this is important: only 2/3 of these main things count as income producing: The 1:1’s and Presentations, because it’s by engaging in these things that grow our organization, which is our goal. Kit drops and pamper baskets are essential because they create “right now” sales, but their main function is to book 1:1 & Group presentations. We have a saying in Arbonne, if you can read, you can do Arbonne. All three of our main activites have a script and basic components that you follow when doing each one that will make you successful –we keep it really simple. Let’s talk about each one in more detail.

4 Getting Started 1:1 Coffee Date (Income producing)
Coffee dates are great for people you want to work with as business partners, and are a great way to educate your network about what you’re doing. In order to do a 1:1 presentation, You’re going to need five things: Script DA presentation Business Folder Full sized kit Calendar We all use the same script. Follow it. It is effective. At first your sponsor will do it for you, then you will do it with your sponsor there. The DA can be electronic or in a paper copy in a flip chart. Your business package should have 2 EOA’s, and on my team, we include an Is Arbonne for you? Once the presentation is complete, we ask two questions: What did you like best, and are you a 1,2 or3? These two questions tell us EVERYTHING WE NEED TO KNOW TO DETERMINE OUR NEXT STEPS. 1-take home full sized product 2-product & folder 3 –get ID, product & folder Book the Follow up on the spot!!!

5 Getting Started Group presentations(Income - producing)
These can be UP, Catalogue, or Fit Essentials. There is a script for each. Follow the script –it is extremely effective and will produce sales and business partners. Your supplies depends on what group presentation you are doing. Bring your full sized kit and business packages, because you will send the right people home with full sized product to try & more info on the business if they want. Bring your calendar, because you will book more group presentations and 1:1’s from these events on the spot!!!

6 Getting Started Kit drops and Pamper baskets
You can use a kit drop as a first exposure, and they will generate “right now” sales. You will need –a basic kit or a pamper basket with your favorite products -The Arbonne Difference Slide, to help explain why someone would ever choose Arbonne over what they are already using beyond the fact that they like you -Your calendar, to book follow up in three days. Tell your client to make the wish list, and that it is your job as their consultant to get them the best price, we rarely let clients pay catalogue prices. A wish list is fun, and can be paired back if need be, so tell them to have fun! When you follow up in three days, put their order through. Then, ask them for a coffee date, a referral, or to host a presentation. THAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THESE KIT DROPS….to move your business forward by booking income producing activity. On my team, The purpose of these kits goes beyond right now sales, which they will always produce. The purpose of a kit drop is for you to generate more income-producing activity.

7 System for Success Launch with 10+ income producing activities on your calendar month. Income producing activities: 1:1 Coffee dates and Presentations (Ultimate Facial & Catalogue & Fit Essentials) Fill in with Kit or Pamper Basket Drop off’s with the goal to create more income producing activities. Book next month’s activities from these first 10. Launch each New Consultant exactly the same way! As a new consultant, it doesn’t matter what combination of income producing activities you use! If you want to do all group presentations or all 1:1’s THAT’S FINE! The results will be the same if you follow the system. We recommend you have your up-line with you until you are a District Manager.

8 System for Success Personal Growth is key!
Your business will grow as big as you do! We recommend a minimum of 30 min/day of personal development. Educate yourself on NM, Arbonne, and “mind your mind”

9 Getting Started Get the tools you’ll need to work your business according to the System for Success. Your sponsor can help tailor your order to match your specific goals & budget.
