A: His first job was working for a general contractor on his parents house and he worked summers in high school and collage as a carpenter for various general contractors in the valley. Q: What do you like about your job? A: The relationship with the owners, architects, Designers, and tradesmen. Each job has a definite beginning and end. Q: What is the hardest part of your job? A: Creating realistic expectations.

A: organization and attention to detail are the most important skills as well as the ability to react to ever changing circumstances.
