General College Requirements You should complete Algebra 2 as a minimum. Most colleges suggest that you take 4 years of math. Foreign Language (2 levels in the same language) University of Utah 2 of your 3 science credits should be lab sciences (Biology, Chemistry and Physics) Out of state school requirements and deadlines may differ. Recipients must enroll full-time (12 credits) in an eligible 4-year Bachelor’s degree program The maximum New Century Scholarship award amount that a student may receive is $1250 per semester. Award amounts may change from year to year.
