New Brunswick Is the only officially bilingual province in Canada. Approximately 232,975 people of the NB population are Francophone This is roughly 33% of the population of NB
Nova Scotia There is also a large population of Acadians in NS - Appx 32,540 French speakers
PEI PEI has a Francophone population of 5,345 which isn’t that big, but neither is PEI. It represents about 4% of the population.
